Rendering Test.Blend on a MacBook Pro M1 Pro using Blender-2.79-macOS-10.6

I just ran Blender 2.79-macOS-10.6 on my MacBook M1 Pro.

Here's the result of the test, when rendering Test.Blend:

It rendered in just over 2 seconds, which is insane!

The M1 Macs are pretty zippy indeed. Most of what I run on mine (DAW software and VST plugins) runs under Rosetta but still does quite well.
 
The way it is going now it won't be long before a computer the size of a Raspberry Pi is faster than my HP, new gaming rigs already destroy it. I thought about getting an M1 Mac Mini, maybe I should pick one up.
