I finally got my o2 running and am beginning to explore. As root I get a Toolbox menu with hardly any options, a console, and zero desktop icons. Using the Console I created a new user account hoping it would function normal but same deal, no desktop icons at all and no obvious way to launch programs or even browse the file system. I'm going to do a clean install on a different HDD but how might I make this Irix installation more independent so I can poke around easier.
