I have an IBM PC 300GL with no RAM or CPUs. I tested it with an unsupported Pentium III and some memory and got it to show a display but it got hung on some post code. I noticed at least one leaky cap, but I'm guessing the hang was moreso to do with using an unsupported CPU which I couldn't set the jumpers properly for.

I also have a Personal Workstation 433/a that I've never gotten working. I'm pretty sure the motherboard is dead but everything else seems to be working if I recall correctly, no guarantees.

Both of these are free if you pay shipping on them. I'm in Kentucky, USA for your reference.
