Crystal Eyes on Indy?

Hello everyone.
So I am trying to find any software that supports Stereographics CrystalEyes on Indy.
I saw online that OpenInventor iview is supposed to have stereo option but the UI on my iview does not have any preferences dialog (neither on Irix 5.3 or 6.5).
On 5.3 at least it seemed there was some signal coming from the emitter because the glasses blinked a little.
I tried hacknoid on 6.5 and with -s option it just showed weird split screen on my presenter and the emitter didn't seem to do anything.
My Indy 5.3 is configured with XL24 and Presenter 1280 and my Indy 6.5 with XZ and regular Presenter (1024x768). I guess probably Presenter may be (part of) the problem here? Need to find a CRT?

There are some demos that are Stereo enabled.

Your presenter might not do the needful, you need a high refresh rate, and need to use one of the stereo display timings.

Yeah, but which demos?
I tried hacknoid -s, (on IRIX 6.5) which did something weird to display (sort of vertical split screen, i think changed vidmode to stereo which Presenter resented ;-), but it seems emitter wasn't activated.
When I booted up IRIX 5.3 with emitter connected, the glasses were sort of randomly blinking so I think emitter works.
I hate CRTs, but it looks like I will be getting one if I want to get it working. Need to talk to CRT geeks at BARC Discord. I will need to do some groveling after letting them know about my stance on CRTs ;-)

From Buttonfly, see what's available under Hardware> Stereo Graphics.

On my Octane, I see mview and UroMan as stereo enabled demos.

No, any CRT which can do high enough refresh rates at the required resolution will do. All the shutter glasses syncing is done through the external IR controller box which plugs into the stereo port.
