Now after some months, I finally got my 3D-printed drive sleds. Originally, I extracted these parts from the complete O2 model out of the “IV view” demo.
These parts do fit perfectly but the structure to hold the EMI shield in place is somehow missing, so the shield cannot be used with them.
And yes, the surfaces of the parts don’t look quite well but it’s my first time with 3D-printing and I don’t know, how it can be done better.
Along with the drive trays, I ordered a fan cover and that fits perfectly too but looks a bit ugly because of the surface structure.
And the nose wich is keeping it in place was broken. That should be redesigned in the future before making new prints.
Sadly, there was no Purple color available.
