@3ddoc may be referring to a VPro config, in which case the quad CPU indeed brings some cooling issues

Yes it's a supported config, but unless the OP has an original Tezro rackmount (I'm assuming a modded VPro O350 here), he doesn't have the special fan mounted under the VPro. In that case, the "usual" way (at least that's how I did it) is to mount a fan array between the CPU module and the VPro, which is very effective but unfortunately takes the space occupied by the 2 extra CPUs in quad configs, hence the "incompatibility", or the cooling challenge involved in quad CPU + VPro configs.
Without more context from the OP we're heavily speculating here, but if you know a way to cool an O350/VPro + 4 CPU without using an hacksaw on the VPro heat sink I'd be very interested I'd love to upgrade mine to a quad CPU config.

I just saw your message, they're 8MB cache. I'm in Europe; I've no problem shipping these but if you're in the US it's currently difficult.

I have four spares (I put 4x1GHz in my bricks from Ian). I’ll look at the p/n tomorrow.
