I purchased an MMSC and the MMSC Display from different sellers, and I found there is a sticker on the MMSC that says `Configured for REV B Head`.

My display on the otherhand appears to be an early revision.
Display: 050-0312-001
Display Plastic Housing ABS: Sept 1998
Display Plastic Housing "REV" ____ (blank)
Any suggestions on what to look for or what might not work as expected?
Is there a known way to change the MMSC configuration?
