O2 power supply problem

Hi,
This is my first post. I am repairing O2 power supply (SONY - APS-90). when connected in system, it's fan moves for a while and then stops.
What could be the problem. I tried to change daughter PCB from OK supply. But condition is same.
Any help will be highly helpful.

However, unfortunately, I don't have troubleshooting advice for within the supply itself.
