it may be necessary to run tic after installing it (one tester reported), no idea why since the terminfo files are installed.
if anyone else discovers a problem i will change it so tic is called at install time
why should you try it?
it is gl accelerated (so yeah, texturing hardware is sort of needed)
it has bunch of cool dynamic backgrounds and themes and 90s CRT style OSD display.
it is somewhat configurable too
