Help extracting N64 OS 2.0L

I need help with extracting a dist archive of OS2.0L. I have tried with a few methods of extracting the files but neither work.

I suspect I cannot get them extracted as this is a Japanese CD.

I only want the files from the /dist folder in the TGZ in the SGI folder of the ISO. Thank you for helping

Just following up, there was also a request chat-side (but a bit ambiguous here) to extract the contents of the inst distributions inside of the tardist package. I've put the contents of the distributions here:

Let me know when you have grabbed it so I can remove it.
