Getting a backup drive

Hey all,

I'm interested in eventually getting a drive for secondary backups on my Octane2. I'm thinking either a tape drive or Iomega Rev drive. I use rsync to a modern machine for primary back ups, so this is mostly for funsies. Anyone have any experience with these drives on Irix, any particular quirks to expect? Also, is it worth trying to find an internal sled for an Octane media drive or do they just basically not exist?

Some sort of external DLT tape drive would be the most easy, useful, and fun I think.

Now that I think of it, someone's been able to use CF via Firewire as well, yeah? You're probably right that tape is most the fun / oddball choice.
