Fuel XIO 12V Bias low; XIO 5V high - where to measure?

I'd like to verify if I have to replace the env monitoring chips in my Fuel. Where can I measure XIO 12V Bias and XIO 5V?

If I have to replace the DS1780, does anyone here know which one is responsible for the two voltages above?

Edit: With apologies, I no longer wish to have involvement with SGUG or SGI communities in general,
and have also chosen to remove all of my content. Many things have changed since I co-founded, named, and ultimately
then left SGUG. There are many good people around, to whom I apologize for frustrating by removing these things, and
also many petty people that over the years whittled down both the enjoyment as well as sense of obligation I used to
feel to anyone else regarding what was ultimately just a hobby. Unfortunately one of the latter now writes the rules
and so it is time for me to take my things and go.

This message will replace all of my previous forum posts because deleting threads that I started would have removed
other peoples' posts.

Those voltage rails you want are read by the DS1780 ON THE GRAPHICS CARD, I've confirmed this on IrixNet via my fuel rebuild. Without a graphics card installed your L1 will be missing ALL XIO voltages. So what plugs INTO the XIO port is what measures it. The smaller port of the two on the XIO provides the voltages.

Also if you have a burnt out DS1780 on your graphics card (which HAPPENS, it seems to be directly related to a short on the XIO rails, for me it was 12V XIO bias, but I never found out which component was shorted as it stopped when I did a 1.5W 1V injection to look for it , I've not returned to the card yet).
