I have an O2 I've had sitting in a closet since the early 2000's. It appears to boot up great but I apparently don't have a monitor that works on it. The lights however indicate a successful bootup and I hear the IRIX boot up chime/jingle.

Anyways, it's an R10000 250 MHz. It has 256 MB ram. I think the HDD is 4GB. The CD-ROM opens and closes just fine. I don't know much else about it unfortunately. The company I worked at in the early 2000's used it for 3D graphics development.

A few parts of the brittle plastic body have cranked and broken off.

I'm located in Colorado. I don't know what it's worth. Name a fair price and it's yours.

Hello, I'm Interested, Live just outside of San Antonio, My 02 was stored for sometime and is having all sorts of errors. I'm retired, living on my social security and I have a few dollars saved. I don't honestly know what is fair, I know it weighs about 21 pounds, and shipping will not be cheap, not to mention the packing job you would have to do to get here in the same condition it is now. I have an Indigo 2 Impact that doesn't run. I'm Looking to sell it for parts. I just got the both of them from storage and found they had been exposed to some moisture. the O2 started to come to life then had harddrive and memory issues. Think about it. I have seen the O2 on ebay for as little as $369. + shipping but it was not running and had no software or harddrive, the price depends on the processor, memory, and the condition to name a few. I have some one that may be interested in the Indigo but have't heard from him.

Well, things have changed, pulled the trigger and ordered $300. in parts for my O2, I didn't think I could make a fair offer for your machine , not with the going prices one Ebay. So, I broke in my new Paypal credit card..... Hope your machine goes to a good home.

$300 in parts? What kind of parts... You know 99% of all o2 issues can be fixed by properly cleaning the DIMM slots, they're not gold plated, they get corrosion. You need a good contact cleaner, and I push cardboard in/out of the dimm slot to friction clean them too. I've fixed about 3 o2's this way.

I needed a cd rom to load software, My ram is okay but I'm going to boost it up, My power supply is going down hill and won't shut down. I have another problem you might be able to help with, one drive is not being regognized, I have no way to check the drives to verify if it is the drive of a connection issue. I get another error but I wish I could have someone local to call, My typing skills suck badly...... I failed typing class back in the 70's... I also have big fingers and get cramps in them due to nerve issues, Neuropathy from Diabetes. I've been in the shop a lot , running the 3D printer waiting for the parts to arrive. Got a ZuluSCSI compact coming to load from, And I've been downloading cd software for the O2. I can't afford to get a power supply for the Indigo 2 Impact to see what else might be wrong with it. It is for sale.......
