The latest PROM revision for the Tezro " 6.211" is found in the following IRIX patch: Patch_SGI0007149: System Controller Firmware/Software Updates for IRIX 6.5.24 - 6.5.30.

I now have PROM revision: 6.211 installed on my Tezro:

I chose not to have verbose commentary on the flashing process so I used the command: flash -a usr/cpu/firmware/ip35prom.img

If you want verbose output on the flashing process, use the command line: flash -v -a usr/cpu/firmware/ip35prom.img

I did it in a single step, as my PROM revision at the time was only one iteration behind this one. If you’re more than one revision behind, I’d recommend doing it in stages, just to be safe!
