Cannot insert O2 main board

Hi,
I'm having issues with my O2+ machine. I pulled out the mainboard and now I cannot insert it back. I even tried to remove the push/pull mechanism on the side and push it without it but still no success. There's about 1cm left to fully insert it.
Any ideas what might help here?

Are you missing the latch mechanism ?

That's what I called the "push/pull mechanism on the side" in my post. I only tried to remove the latch mechanism after I felt there's too much pressure on it and I didn't want to crack it.

Do you see any obstruction inside the cavity? Is the processor module / heatsink running against anything ?

Remove the drive/blank immediately to the right of the motherboard tray and then try again.

Check your ram is seated properly and there are no obstructions at the frontplane.
